How does Sidiou Group work?

Sidiou Group offers hand-selected quality kinds of apparel, apparel accessories, essentials, and more for you and your family. We have our own modern manufacturer and production base in Shenzhen, Dongguan China. Most of the items are manufactured by ourselves, we have very strictly quality control level for all of our products!

 

We have a huge inventory of hot popular items that never expire in our store! You can place orders whenever you want for these items. We also have flash sales and daily specials everyday. They are available for three to seven days. Please be quick, these sales do expire. Daily Specials begin every day at 6am PST, and Flash Sales start from 6am PST and 5pm PST everyday, so you can start browsing what’s new over coffee during those precious moments when your little ones are still asleep.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Dinners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Sidiou Group wallet balance.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card or PayPal will be charged within 24 hours since the order is submitted, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.

 

How to check my wallet balance?

You can check your wallet balance by clicking Wallet in My Account.

 

How to redeem my wallet credit at checkout?

At Checkout page, you can redeem a portion or all of your wallet credit.

Will my wallet credit expire?

 

Your wallet credit will not expire. We will notify you via email if any regulation or policy changes.

How to get discounts?

 

Besides of our default discounted prices and seasonal promotions, Sidiou Group also offers additional discounts. For your first order, you may use a Sidiou Group member’s unique Sidiou Group Promo code at checkout for an extra discount on your purchase. You may also share products you love to Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to receive an extra 3-10% off. Be sure to follow all of our official social media for surprise promo codes, sales, and contests.

 

Where is my Sidiou Group Promo code?

After registration, you will become the Sidiou Group member. You will find your unique promo code by clicking “Get 25% off, Get $5” in My Account. You can share your code to anyone, so that she/he can get an extra discount (10%-50% discount depending on current promotion) on her/his first order at Sidiou Group, and you will get $5 wallet credit as anyone who uses your Sidiou Group promo code on her first order.

 

How can I use my promo code?

 

After entering the valid promo code at the Cart page, your order will be discounted.

What is Sidiou Group Ambassador? Can I apply?

 

Sidiou Group Ambassadors are the voice of Sidiou Group. They are the connection between new users of Sidiou Group and Sidiou Group Community.  As a Sidiou Group Ambassador, you will receive exclusive benefits like holiday gifts, the opportunity to trade your credits for cash, and other promotions.

How do I know what size to choose?

 

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size chart available on most of our product pages. To find out the size for any item, click on the size chart in its Product Details page.

 

Since we offer products from different brands, sizing varies. We display brands’ sizing whenever possible. If the supplier does not provide a chart, we use our own measurements.

 

How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Sidiougroup.com is easy, all you have to do is browse, add and checkout.

 

Browse Sidiougroup.com by using the search bar, main menu, or homepage. We like to use plenty of pictures to give you the best idea of how each product looks and we also provide you with suggestions based on what you’ve browsed.

 

Add the item to your bag by selecting a size, choose how many you want and then click the “add to cart” button. The item will be added to your cart and you can continue to shop.

 

Checkout by clicking on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Here you can review your choices, add a promo code or voucher. Once you are ready to buy, simply click the “proceed to checkout” button and follow the prompts.

 

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you can change your shipping details before the order is shipped by contacting our customer service at sale@Sidiougroup.com. But once the order is shipped, no modification can be made about your order. If you change your shipping address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 

If your order hasn't been settled and your order status is "Placed", you can cancel your order by visiting your order detail page. You can go to your order detail page by clicking "Track Your Order" button in your order confirmation email.

 

If your order has been settled and your order status is "Processing", please contact our customer service at sale@Sidiougroup.com for order cancellation. We would love to help you.

 

If your order status is "Assorting" or "Shipped", your order can't be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact our customer service after your order has been delivered.

How do I register for an account?

 

 

You can click here to register. You can register using either your email address or Facebook account.

 

 

What are the benefits of a registered account?

If you are signed in to an account when you shop, you can add things to a wish list, save shipping addresses and payment details for easy checkout, as well as access tracking information.

 

How do I check my order status?

  1. If you are a Sidiou Group member, you may view the status of your order by logging into your Sidiou Group account and clicking on Orders.

 

  1. Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Please make sure to have your order number and email address.

 

  1. Email will be sent within 30 minutes since your order is placed or your order is shipped. You can simply check your order status by clicking on your tracking links on the emails to view the up to date order status. If you cannot receive any email from us, please check your spam filter.

 

  1. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

 

How do I track the shipment of my order?

 

  1. If you are a Sidiou Group member, you may track your order by logging into your Sidiou Group account and clicking on Orders.

 

  1. Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Make sure to have your tracking number.

 

  1. Once the package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email, in which you can both click on the Tracking Number or "Track Your Package" button to track your package. If you did not receive any shipment emails, please check your spam filter.

Why is my item on backorder?

 

Occasionally, our popular products are in such high demand that we end up with backorders. If any item in your order is on backorder, we will send you a notification email, and we will ship the backordered items to you as soon as they are back to stock.

What if my order status hasn’t changed to “shipped” for long?

 

Our company is a startup, and we’re trying to look for the best products for worldwide moms, so it may take a little bit longer for us to prepare for your orders. But we assure you that we keep looking into ways to improve the speed of processing and shipping, and we would appreciate your understanding and patience. It is our guarantee that if any part of your order hasn’t shipped within 60 days, refund will be available by contacting us at sale@Sidiougroup.com.

 

Do you ship internationally?

  1. Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you've selected your shipping country, you'll be able to see the available shipping methods.

 

  1. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your package once it is shipped, so that you can follow its journey.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

 

We offer Both Standard and Express Delivery in most of the countries. Click here to find out the shipping costs to your country.

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and shipping methods are selected.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time varies from country to country. For more details regarding delivery time, please click here .

 

Will my package be charged customs and import charges?

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charge on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

 

Sidiou Group has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?

 

We don't expect this to happen, but if it does happen, please contact us right away at sale@Sidiougroup.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

What is your return policy?

 

All returns must be made within 14 days after the product delivery date. All returned products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.

 

 

How do I return something?

 

Step 1: Send a return request to sale@Sidiougroup.com. Please remember to include the following details in the request, for faster processing:

 

  1. Order Number

 

  1. Name(s) of the Item(s) you want to return.

 

  1. Reason for wanting to return the items(Size/Quality/Other Reasons...)

 

  1. Photos of the items to be returned, for reference

 

*For returns because of issues with the fit/size of the item(s), kindly send us photos with the measurement visible from the item and the one on our Sidiou Group tag.

 

*For returns because of issues with the condition/quality of the item(s), kindly include photos highlighting the specfic issues with the item(s).

 

Step 2: Our Customer Service Representatives will give a response to your request within 24 hours.

 

Depending on the cause of the return, they will provide you with Better Options or with a RAN (return authorization number).

 

Step 3: Upon receiving the RAN email, print it and attach/put it inside the package with the item(s) you want to return. Ship the package back to our Warehouse (address in the RAN email).

 

Step 4: After shipping the package, request the "Tracking Number" of the shipment from your Local Post Office. Remember to inform our Customer Service Representative, through email, that you've shipped the package and provide them with the "Tracking Number". 

 

Step 5: Once our Warehouse receives the package, we will process a refund for the items within 2 business days.

 

What is your exchange policy?

 

Currently we are not able to offer exchange service for any shipped orders.  If you want a different size, different color, or different item, please place a new order.

What is your refund policy?

 

If the refund is claimed for any item of your order, and at the same time your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the item. But if the order includes promotions or discounts, the item will be refunded proportionally instead of full price. For example, if the original price of an item of your order is $10, and the grand total of your order is $18 after a $2 off discount, so you will receive $9 refund after cancelling this item.

 

How do I change the currency?

Our default currency is US Dollar, and you can change the currency by clicking on the USD on top left of the page.

 

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletters?

If you no longer want to subscribe to Sidiou Group newsletters, you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our newsletters.

 

Please note that once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect.

 

If you change your mind later and want to subscribe to our newsletters again, please enter your email address at the bottom right of the homepage to subscribe.

 

How do we protect your information?

 

Safeguarding your personal information is our first priority. Sidiou Group guarantees 100% secure ordering for all customers.

 

To protect you and your personal information, Sidiou Group uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure ecommerce transactions. The SSL technology works for safeguarding personal information, such as credit card number, name, and address information in our system.

 

You are also protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act, which prohibits your bank from charging your credit card for more than $50.00 of any unauthorized charge.

 

Further more, Sidiou Group never stores your payment information in our backend system. All your private payment information is directly passed to and stored in your bank or PayPal’s cloud system.
