Do I need to send products all the way to China?
European customers can return their products to our European warehouse, US customers can arrange a pickup by UPS at the specified address. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.
- European Union: Products (excluding made-to-measure items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- United States and rest of the world:Products (excluding made-to-measure, disposable, lingerie, and clearance items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Specific Return Policy for Customized Items
Our customized items are subject to a return policy which differs from our standard return policy. All Made-To-Measure Dresses and Made-To-Order Accessories are customized items, which cannot be returned or exchanged without any reason. For more details, please take time to read our Return Policy for Customized Items carefully.
Product-specific warranty periods
For all products excluding Made-To-Measure items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.
For Made-To-Measure products:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
- Made-To-Measure products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
